TEMPCONTROL was started in 1982. Thomas Amory purchased the business in 1991.

Our technicians are all licensed. We have a Master Oil burner license, Master Electricians license, Journeyman’s oil license, Apprentice Oil License, Propane, Natural gas appliance installation and service license. We have Nate certification in Propane. We are RSES licensed for refrigerant gasses used in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Special areas of training are Buderus, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Blaze Sprinkler systems, and Geothermal.

TEMPCONTROL installs residential air conditioning systems, central and ductless, and is a Diamond Dealer for Mitsubishi. We install Buderus Boilers, and our techs are trained at the Buderus factory. We design complete Indoor Air Quality solutions using Heat Recovery Lifebreath and Renewaire units. We install Santa Fe Dehumidifiers and Honeywell Humidifiers.

TEMPCONTROL also works on commercial buildings like office buildings, hospitals, restaurants, and banks. We install Chillers and Rooftop units.

Some of the centers that we have trained at are: The Maine Oil Dealers Vocational, The Technical Institute of Portsmouth New Hampshire, University of Maine, Northeast Technical Institute Scarborough Maine, Carrier HVAC school.

Our hourly rate is 80.00 per hour regular time, 120.00 per hour overtime. We are fully insured and a certificate is available. We offer 24 Hour Service.
